Apple Stock As A Dividend Pick?

Ole Stevie boy would be proud with the way Apple stock is moving these days. $118 per share is definitely affordable for almost everyone that is serious about investing now-adays.
The yield for AAPL is not the greatest... only 1.77%. You might figure with all the money Apple is making, they could afford to hand out a little of their profits. Apple seems to pull a magic rabbit out their hat every year near Christmas time. Ready for the big 4th quarter rush to finish off the year on a good note. How can they keep doing this year after year?
