Dividend Investing For The New Year

Dividend investing for the new year is not anything new in my household. It is same old same old. In fact, dividends were the main reason for investing in the stock market in the first place when market was created way back in the 1602. Some Dutch businessmen gathered together with the sole purpose to amass a huge amount of money to create a new and powerful shipping company... the VOC. The VOC, better know as The Dutch East India Shipping Company got its start with the promise to investors of shared profits. To gain enough money for this huge endeavor, the Dutch businessmen went door to door and sold shares of the VOC to anyone that would buy. With the success of the VOC, many more companies were formed under the same rules. Share the profits with the stock holders. Eventually the stock market turned out tot what we all see today.
Buying stocks just for the small share of the companies profits has not changed the game that much at all. Buy the stock, collect the dividend check and move along to the next profitable company.

After trading stocks for over 23 years I have come up with a trading strategy that has worked for me and my friends. It’s simple and takes less than 10 minutes a day. My annual returns beats the Wall St pros every year. Maybe it’s time you did your own investing too.
