DIVIDEND NO LOSS TRADING SYSTEM... GOOD OR NOT GOOD?
Trading a dividend "no loss strategy" may sound like a great plan at first. Collect some dividend checks and not lose any money in the process. Yeah so we are on track to making over 40% ROI if strategy continues to perform as it has done these last 6 months.
Missed trading opportunities are what I want to focus on here for a bit. We can all agree that no-one wins all the time and if that is your goal then you will be missing out on many trades that will pass you by as you wait for recoveries. Yes dividend stocks have great track records and can fluctuate up to 50% during the year. Most likely if you are waiting for your stock to makes its annual recovery then.... oops...there go some missed trading opportunities. If you clicked on the link to the following website you will see that this trading year we are taking no losses and playing the waiting game and cost reduction game too. Granted we didn't loose anything yet but if you compare the numbers from last year, you will see there is a huge difference in the 2 years. Last year we cut our losses at 5% and jumped out of early on trend reversals. Some may think that doing a full years worth of trading a strategy that is not favorable may be a loss in total but we trade several accounts to test thoroughly is one reason we are doing so well I would say.
To sum it all up briefly... take your losses and move on to another winner, Dividend capturing can be very profitable if you have the right tools. Dividend no loss strategy mat be good if you are happy with 10-20% ROI.
